Basti (Localized Oil Therapy)

Basti (Localized Oil Therapy) is an Ayurvedic treatment that targets specific areas of the body, such as the lower back, knees, spine, or neck. Warm, medicated oil is pooled over the affected area to relieve pain, stiffness, and inflammation. This therapy is particularly effective for conditions like arthritis, muscle spasms, and chronic joint pain, as it nourishes the tissues, improves circulation, and promotes healing. Basti is ideal for those seeking natural, targeted relief from discomfort while balancing the body’s doshas.
